Chrysanthemum
Monday was my day to get out and be inspired by beautiful things, so that's what I did. These are all from the Chinese Garden (if it seems like I go there a lot it's because I do, it's one of my favorite places in the city). They're having their annual chrysanthemum display right now which seems especially beautiful on these short dark days.
Personally I really like these darkening days, I love the coziness, and since I'm already a serious homebody it conveniently justifies my "staying in" and making soup.

DeleteHow I miss the cold winter days here! But in my country (Brazil) we have to be happy to have at least two months of winter: the others are so much hot! Your photos are bautiful!

DeleteThis weather is nice for now but I'll start craving warm, sunny days about February 1st :)
DeleteI agree 100%. Any excuse to stay indoors and eat hearty stew and watch and entire box set I say. Also I love the darkness of these photographs. SO MOODY
